| Traditional Rawhide Braiders' romals are made from rawhide processed in our own shop. Traditional Rawhide Braiders does everything the old fashioned way. All of our hides are purchased from local butcher shops and slaughter houses. The hides are stretched,de-haired and free hand split into rawhide strings. The hides are never bleached or factory processed. Depending upon the size and plait of the romal, we use either calf, cow, bull, and goat rawhide. Button Patterns and Lengths:
60 button, George Moore (GM), and old vaquero (8 plait square braid only). Oklahoma and California button patterns are offered as special orders. Romals come in 84" or 110", Other lengths available on special order only.
